Director -
Incubation
The Director will be
responsible for building and leading an organization
that will fund, support, and train NGOs and CBOs in the
areas of primary healthcare, literacy, education and
micro-credit. This organization will also reengineer
service delivery processes, and build capacity for
change in government line departments and newly elected
officials across all districts in Pakistan.
Expected
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Define a vision and set a
strategic direction for the organization
- Recruit and manage government and non-government
reengineering, change management and capacity building
teams
- Participate in all fundraising activities,
including grants, corporate sponsorships, donor
solicitations, and events
- Interact with counterparts in the commission and
in government, civil society, the private sector and
the donor community in order to build national
capacity for policy implementation
- Develop an program roll-out plan for all districts
in Pakistan
Required Skills and Experience:
- Outstanding management and
leadership track record at a senior level in a large
private or public sector organization
- Demonstrated ability in developing and
implementing strategies while maintaining focus on
outcomes
- Superior leadership, communication and
interpersonal skills, particularly for building
networks and partnerships
- Some public sector experience is preferred
- Masters degree or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in English and Urdu, and other regional
languages
- Strong organizational development, project
management, proposal development and project planning
skills

years experience in general
management

hands-on quality control; strong inter-personal and
communication skills; and comfortable in a high
growth/high-pressured, fast paced
environment.
